These solid subframe bushings are made from UHMWPE material. We run the exact same bushings in our competition drift cars. They replace the factory rubber bushings. If your car has the original bushings from factory, there is a high chance they are worn or cracked which will be causing your subframe to be moving around. This movement is also the main cause for damage to most vehicles' floors where the subframe mounts to. By installing these solid bushings, your rear subframe will not move. A must have for serious racers or low powered vehicles that need to transmit as much power as possible to the rear wheels. Sold in sets of 4 bushings to complete a rear subframe installation. Suits all e36 variants except for compact.

*HELPFUL TIP: Place bushings into freezer overnight prior to installing. This will enable an easier installation process.
